Re-Engineered Range Rover Classic

Each Kastis KR Series is stripped to bare metal, re-engineered from the ground up, and hand-built in our Kaunas workshop to a standard the factory never imagined.

The Method

Every vehicle begins as a complete strip-down — chassis bare, identity erased — then rebuilt to documented torque values and photographed assembly stages.

We do not batch-produce. One vehicle, one team, start to finish. Metalwork, paint, mechanical, and trim under a single roof in Kaunas.

The result is a machine that looks period-correct at a glance but reveals its true nature the moment you drive it.

The Build Record

Chassis-down rebuild

Every chassis is fully stripped, acid-dipped, zinc-coated, and documented before a single bolt is refitted. Structural integrity is verified to aerospace-grade tolerances.

Metal, paint, sealing

Hand-finished aluminium panels, multi-stage primer and paint, full underbody sealing. Each surface is photographed at every stage.

Assembly record & testing

Documented torque values, dynamometer testing, 200 km road validation. A complete build dossier accompanies every vehicle delivered.

Independent

Single-workshop production. No outsourcing of structural or mechanical work.

By appointment

Each commission begins with a private consultation at our Kaunas atelier.

Build slot

Limited annual production. Current lead time available on enquiry.
